It is with great pride that this booklet has been produced to celebrate our Tricentennial Anniversary – to look back over the years and to reflect on some of the events, characters and circumstances which have shaped this historical old lodge.  It is of course recognised that it is impossible to identify all events and characters which have contributed to the lodge over the years, but hopefully the booklet will give a flavour of its colourful history.
